We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, customer information, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided at checkout.

For COD orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders according to the timeframes stated on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery usually taking approximately 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and an active, reachable phone number.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return or replacement requests generally need to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
